| 6. I can't see the "Edit" button in Waves. Is there something wrong with my account?
When the "Edit" button no longer appears for you within Waves, 99% of the time the reason is simple - your firewall is blocking it. In the lower right-hand corner of your computer screen (next to the Windows clock) look for a small blue and green globe icon or a yellow disk icon. Right-click on the icon and choose "disable." This will disable your firewall and allow Waves to display the "Edit" button.* Within Waves, re-click on your page so that it refreshes the view. If the "Edit" button still does not show, check to make sure your web browser's pop-up blocker is turned OFF, as it too can block the "Edit" button. If you are still having issues, feel ree to contact us at x4706 and we will do our best to troubleshoot your issue.
* Please note that you can always turn your firewall back on when you are finished in Waves. Simply right-click on the icon again and choose "enable." |
