• Web design templates are available below to update a department's pages while maintaining a consistent look and feel with the University's overall appearance. All templates comply with the University's Web Policy.

• Online Training Guides are available to help answer any questions or problems encountered while using the listed programs.

• The style guides below give the pixel dimensions for graphics, photos, etc., and colors adopted by the various schools during the recent design update. Individual departments and units within each school may use these to maintain the individual school's look and feel. Graphics and photos used may be obtained in this office.

• Web accounts, questions, training, aids and resources (pictures, graphics, templates, etc.) are available at the office of Web Design & Development, at extension 4706 and at Email: oas@fordham.edu.

• Requests for shortnames (short URLs), online forms and page counters

• FTP Access for http://faculty.fordham.edu sites:  The username for each faculty site on the http://faculty.fordham.edu site is the Lotus Notes E-mail short name (username) and the password for ftp is the first two letters of the full time faculty member's first name (Capitalize first letter, lower case second letter) followed by his/her 8 digit Fordham ID number.  The ftp address for uploading is faculty.fordham.edu.  The URL will be http://faculty.fordham.edu/username where "username" is your Lotus Notes E-mail short name (everything before the "@fordham.edu").For more information and help with the faculty web sites, see the IT site.
